In 2011, I made a life-changing decision to quit my job and leave everything behind to pursue my passion for surfing. I headed to Bali, where I trained to become a surf coach, working and living just minutes away from the legendary Padang-Padang surf break. But my adventure was just beginning. I continued to travel the world, chasing waves and discovering new adventures.

Along the way, I discovered a new passion for fitness and personal training. I became certified as a personal trainer and started working with clients ranging from amateur athletes to sponsored surfers. I ran surf fitness workshops and had the incredible opportunity to work with the Team England junior surf squad and a Brazilian QS competitor.

Throughout my journey, I've been blessed to meet and train with some of the most talented and inspiring people in the industry. From my dear friend Aaron Page, an amateur strongman who rose to pro-level competition before his untimely passing, to Lucy Donlan, whom I trained before her time on Love Island.

Now, I am predominantly based online and continue to use my passion and knowledge to help others achieve their goals remotely. Whether it's improving surf skills, getting in shape, or simply living a healthier life, I'm here to guide you. Join me, and let's chase the waves together!
